Contempt on the part of the employers towards the workers is another major cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">However, the following are briefly the causes of poor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blog\/post\/edit\/3718099119877372482\/9128491058081522525#\">industrial relations<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">1. Mental inertia on the part of management and labour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">2. An intolerant attitude of contempt towards the workers on the part of management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">3. Inadequate fixation of wage or wage structure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">4. Unhealthy working conditions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">5. Indiscipline;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">6. Lack of human relations skills on the part of supervisors and other managers;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">7. Desire on the part of the workers for higher bonus or DA and the corresponding desire of the employers to give as little as possible;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">8. Inappropriate introduction of automation without providing the right climate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">9. Unduly heavy workloads;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">10. Inadequate welfare facilities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">11. Dispute on sharing the gains of productivity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">12. Unfair labour practices, like victimization and undue dismissal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">13. Retrenchment, dismissals and lock-outs on the part of management and strikes on the part of the workers;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">14. Inter-union rivalries; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">15.
